Tim Curley, Gary Schultz, and Graham Spanier were charged in the Jerry Sandusky child molestation case for not handling a complaint by a graduate assistant in 2001. The assistant said he saw Sandusky sexually abusing a boy in a team shower, but they did not report the matter to police or child welfare authorities. Curley and Shultz were originally charged with felonies with a reduced charge punishable by up to five years in prison. ESPN states that they both have plead guilty to misdemeanor child endangerment for their roles.
